Listen along
Why slow breathing actually works · 20 sec
Let's slow everything down for two minutes. Sit comfortably, feet on the floor if you can. We're going to breathe in a square: in for four, hold for four, out for four, hold for four. Follow the dot around the box. Don't force it, just follow. This works anywhere: before a test, in your room, on the bus. Nobody can even tell you're doing it.

Slow, steady breathing is a direct line to your nervous system. You can't talk your Guard Dog down, but you can breathe it down. Two minutes. Follow along.
