The magic phrase · 25 sec
Your Guard Dog means well. It's not trying to ruin your life; it's trying to save it, badly. So instead of fighting it, try thanking it. "Thanks brain, but I've got this." Five words that do three things at once: they notice the thought, they're kind to yourself, and they put you back in charge. Build your own version below, one that sounds like something you'd actually say. Then practise it out loud, properly, five times. The more you use it, the more automatic it gets, until one day it fires faster than the worry does.

When you say it, you're doing three things: noticing the thought, being kind to yourself, and taking back control. You're in charge, not the worry.

Build yours

Thanks brain, but I've got this!
