Where does it show up for you? · 25 sec
Before anxiety is a thought, it's a feeling in your body. Racing heart, tight shoulders, that swirly stomach thing, foggy head. Everyone's pattern is different. So: where does it show up for you? Drag the sensations onto the body, wherever you feel them. There's no right answer, it's your map. And it matters more than it looks: people who can spot their own early signals get to use their tools before the wave gets big. That's a genuine advantage.

When we feel worried or anxious, our body gives us clues. They're different for everyone. You might notice one or two, or lots.
