The anxiety scale · 25 sec
Not all anxiety needs the same tool. A small flutter of worry and a full-body wave are different problems, so this scale is how you choose. One is background worry, you're basically fine. Three is most-of-the-day anxious, hard to concentrate. Five is overwhelming: panic, can't function. Drag the thermometer to where you usually sit, and where you are right now. The tools coming up will sort themselves to match. And remember, the goal is never to live at one. It's to notice your number early, before it climbs.

Anxiety doesn't always feel the same. This scale is like a feelings thermometer: it helps you notice how strong the worry is, so you can pick the right tool.

Tap your level

The goal isn't to live at one. Anxiety is normal. The goal is to notice your number and use your tools before it climbs to four or five.
