Sprint or shadow? · 31 sec
Stress and anxiety feel almost the same in your body, but they work differently, and knowing which one you've got changes what helps. Here's the shortcut. Stress is a sprint. There's a clear reason: a test, running late, a big game. It starts, it spikes, and when the thing is over, it mostly stops. Anxiety is a shadow. It hangs around without a clear reason, follows you into rooms where nothing is wrong, and shows up at night when you're trying to sleep. Tap through the pairs and see how they line up.
